Abstract:
Continuous integration in its pure form seems to be quite simple. In trivial cases CI is easy to introduce and outcome is visible immediately. There are many examples in the subject literature referring to 10 minute builds but in real life it is not always possible.

Applying agile approach in complex environments is not straightforward. A large number of users or multiple hardware and
software configurations introduce substantial complexity to the process. Low reliability level of environment components involved in integration and testing, wide range of tests and diversity of tools contribute to the problem as well.

The presentation shows how we have solved these problems when introducing continuous integration to a GFX driver development and still preserved a visible and readable outcome of the CI process.
